Suggested Daily Usage:
Children – 5 years to early teens:
1/2 scoop to 1 scoop per day
Teens – 1 scoop in the morning and
1 scoop in the evening
Adults – 1 1/2 scoop in the morning and
1 1/2 scoop in the evening
